Development of Super Brightness Backlight and technological overview To realize super brightness required for LCD Display, our company came to recognize the need to develop innovative Back Light. Through the development for about five years, we succeeded in developing backlight that has super brightness 50% higher than before, even after removing a piece of Prism sheet, which plays a crucial role for increase of brightness and for cost of products. That is, to make Prism Sheet function perform in Light Guide Panel, we accumulated Prism form acquired through optics simulation and Micro pattern best constructed to Light Guide Panel. Thus, we developed high-efficiency backlights for the first time in the country, and are now in the process of mass production.
